Steve Athanassie, CFP®AIF® 
Founder and President of Trademark Capital and ManageMy401k.com, Steve Athanassie has been guiding individuals, families and institutional clients since 1985.
Widely respected for his financial acumen, Steve has been quoted in USA Today, Business Week, the St. Petersburg Times, the Tampa Tribune, Mutual Fund Magazine, and Financial Planning Magazine. Steve has appeared on Bay News 9, WFLA News Channel 8, WFTS Action News, WTVT Fox 13 News and has been featured in the Tampa Tribune "Money Makeover" and "Ask an Advisor" columns.
Steve is the creator of The CEO Process for Retirement Plans™, a service designed to provide unbiased guidance to companies and individuals with 401k or 403b retirement plans; The CFO Wealth Management Solution™, a service designed to help corporate executives and professionals who are currently employed, in transition or already retired with financial planning, and portfolio management, as well as income tax and estate planning; and the CIO Process for Nonprofits™, a service designed to help nonprofit organizations understand and fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities, and manage their endowment, foundation and reserve assets. With a deep commitment to fiduciary governance, Steve developed the CEO, CFO and CIO Processes as way for institutional and individual clients to adhere to an established global fiduciary standard of excellence.
He has held the Certified Financial Planner® designation since 1988, achieved the Accredited Tax Preparer® credential from the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation, and earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. Steve’s certification as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designee qualifies him to conduct independent fiduciary reviews for nonprofit endowments and foundations, ERISA retirement plans, private family trusts and high net worth individuals.
Steve is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Estate Planning Council, and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
A Tampa Bay resident since 1975, Steve received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 1984. Steve and his wife Beth have two daughters.
Dorothy Campbell , AIF® 
Dorothy Campbell is committed to making a difference that counts in her role as Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Trademark Capital Management and ManageMy401k.com. Dorothy has been serving individuals, families and institutions since joining the financial service industry in 1985.
Dorothy serves as the Director of Financial Services, managing the compilation and analysis of data for the assumptions, projections, and reports used to prepare financial plans for individuals as well as the comprehensive review of retirement plans. Dorothy also specializes in insurance planning, which includes comprehensive policy evaluation and quote preparations required to meet the needs of client's risk management objectives. Further, Dorothy coordinates estate planning services in conjunction with outside legal counsel.
Dorothy has been awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® or AIF® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies offered through the Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. This certification represents a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply a Global Fiduciary Standard of Excellence which qualifies her to conduct independent fiduciary reviews for nonprofit endowments and foundations, ERISA retirement plans, private family trusts and high net worth individuals.
Dorothy is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and is NASD Series 65 licensed.
Carolyn Carter, Tax & Accounting Manager
Carolyn Carter is committed to making a difference that counts as the Manager of Trademark Capital’s Tax & Accounting Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Trademark Capital. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Florida in 1981.
In her role as manager of the tax and accounting department, Carolyn helps businesses and individuals reduce their taxes. Carolyn also assists in strategic business planning and development for Trademark Capital in her role as CFO. Carolyn began her career in public accounting in 1983 and joined Trademark Capital in January 2004.
